Lemguin is a large sharp-billed crested penguin first appearing in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! Its name is a portmanteau of the animals "lemming" and "penguin".

In Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!, Lemguins only appear in one level, Lemguin Lunge, where they are the titular feature.
