Template:Character-infobox Arich is a giant red spider that appears as a boss in the game Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. He appears as the boss of the second area of the game, Kremwood Forest, where he is fought in a level called Arich's Ambush.
Arich hangs from a thread of web, and to defeat him, Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong must throw Barrels at his jaw. Arich's attacks consist of bouncing slowly up and down in an attempt to crush the Kongs, and shooting bouncing green balls of venom. He must be hit in the jaw four times to be defeated. It's easier to hit Arich with Dixie because she holds the barrel over her head with her ponytail.
Once Arich is defeated, he drops a Patch, which the Kongs must bring to Funky Kong, so that he can fix up his Hover Craft for them to use.
Arich returned in Donkey Kong Land III as the boss of the third area, Blackforest Plateau, in Arich Attack. Arich's size was greatly reduced for this version, although the boss fight is similar to the Donkey Kong Country 3 battle, minus the barrels. First, Arich releases three balls of venom. The Kongs must jump on his head, causing him to bounce around at a much faster rate to try and crush them. After four hits to the head, Arich is defeated.

Trivia
- The Banana Bird Cave in Kremwood Forest is named "Arich's Hoard". This name may either imply that Arich kept a Banana Bird in captivity at King K. Rool's request, or that this cave was used by Arich as a larder until K. Rool commandeered it in order to trap a Banana Bird.
- Arich's name comes from the word "arachnid", which is a classification term used to describe spiders.
- In the Game Boy Advance version of Donkey Kong Country 3, Arich has a different battle theme than the other bosses. He shares this theme with Kroctopus. For some reason, both K. Rool battles use the same battle theme as the other bosses.
