Like most enemies, Click-Clacks move around in a set pattern. They are shown to have some durability, because [[Diddy Kong|Diddy]] and [[Dixie Kong]] can defeat a Click-Clack by jumping on it twice. From the first jump, the Click-Clack falls onto its back. It is defenseless while in this state, and the [[Kong]]s can jump on it again to defeat it. The Kongs can pick up a Click-Clack while it is on its back, and can also defeat it by throwing it at another enemy.
