A Koindozer

Koindozers are a rare dark pink sub-species of Koins encountered in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. In all of Donkey Kong Country 3, Koindozers are only encountered in one level; "Koindozer Klamber", which is located in the game's final area, KAOS Kore. Koindozers' name is derived from Koin and "bulldozer". Although Koindozers do not appear in the game's credits, it is safe to assume they belong to the "Kremling Kreeps" enemy class.

Unlike Koins, Koindozers prefer to take the offensive; rather than simply block Dixie and Kiddy's attacks, they try to attack the Kongs. Koindozers will try to chase down the Kongs and bash them into either an enemy or abyss with their shield. Like normal Koins, Koindozers can be used as platforms by the Kongs. Since Koindozers cannot be defeated, it is best they just be avoided.

Trivia

  • Through hacking, Koindozers are shown to have the same weakness as Koins.
