Its appearance are bongos with a mouth and a sharp beak. Their projectiles look like blades, and portals they come out of are black. They can set the direction in where they shoot their projectiles, so the player must be fast to escape them.

Tiki Seekers[1] are uncommon enemies appearing in Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. They are bongo-like tikis with a serrated mouth and a sharp beak-like appendage.

They only appear in the Golden Temple level where they appear out of small portals, usually when the Kongs are jumping over gaps. They shoot blade-like spearheaded projectiles at the Kongs and then retreat back into their portals. Tiki Seekers can fire these projectiles in any direction. They cannot be defeated, as they hide in their portal if the Kongs approach them.
