The Rose is a purple flower that appears exclusively in the Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. It is needed to complete a trade that will earn Dixie and Kiddy Kong a Banana Bird.

When the Kongs first visit Bachelor, they learn that he needs a rose for his hot date and gives them his Flupperius Petallus Pongus. Bramble, meanwhile, is willing to trade his Rose for that Flupperius Petallus Pongus.

If the Kongs present both the Rose and the Box of Chocolates (which Bazaar sells) to Bachelor, he will be ready to go on his hot date and reward the Kongs with his pet Banana Bird.
