Unlike Awks, Rawks often tend to frown. They also have purple talons and yellow feathers on their back. Rawks can be found in the Jungle world, the Ruins, and the Golden Temple. In the Nintendo 3DS version, they also appear in the Cloud world. When a Rawk notices Donkey Kong, it charges at him and attempts to injure him.
