==Physical appearance==
Clapper has silver fur that covers his body, flippers, and tail. He has a snout with a round, black nose on the top of it. On each side of the snout, five whiskers grow, giving him ten in total. Clapper has large white eyes with small black pupils. Like any other seal, he has two curved flippers attached to his center body. His tail is similar to that of a dolphin, which is curved.

Clapper the Seal is an Animal Friend in the Donkey Kong series who appears in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2, in the levels Lava Lagoon and Clapper's Cavern. When jumped on, Clapper can cool down or freeze water with his breath, allowing the Kongs to swim through otherwise-boiling water or to walk on top of the ice.
