The Green Balloon is an item exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS version of Donkey Kong Country Returns, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. It can be obtained at Cranky Kong's Shop for three Banana Coins. If Donkey Kong (and Diddy Kong, in multiplayer mode) equips it, it brings them back to the stage after falling into a bottomless pit.
The Green Balloon is identical to an Extra Life Balloon, except, as its name indicates, it is colored green.
