Benny is a member of the Brothers Bear who appears in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! Benny operates one of the chairlifts in Razor Ridge, alongside his twin brother Björn.[1] Benny and Björn are named after the ABBA members and songwriters Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus respectively. Benny's dialogue during his initial meeting with the Kongs also references the ABBA song "Take a Chance on Me".

Benny has a minor role, more than the other Brothers Bear, as he does not have a problem requiring Dixie and Kiddy Kong's help to resolve, or is a key for solving a puzzle.
