Cape Codswallop is a small peninsula surrounded by large bodies of water, probably inland seas, which are connected by two rivers: the northern one powers a large water-mill, while the southern one is known as the Koco Channel. This region seems to have a temperate climate, though some  coastal areas appear to have a mediterranean climate. Several levels take place on the various boardwalks and wharves, such as Red Wharf and Ford Knocks.
