Jungle Japes, as the name suggests, has many jungle areas, filled with climbable trees and collectibles. There are many cliffs that the Kongs climb, one of which has a mine area. The jungle also has many gloomy tunnels full of swinging light bulbs and [[Gnawty|Gnawties]]. One of these caves leads to an area with a heavy storm where the Kongs slam switches to reveal [[Banana]]s. Another cave leads to the secret area which requires Tiny Kong to shoot the switches with her Feather Bow to open the gate, and that area has a few objects based upon the later level [[Fungi Forest]]. The boss of this stage is [[Army Dillo]], which requires 60 regular Bananas both from Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong to enter, and Army Dillo is being found by Donkey Kong.
