Tiki Zings are enemies appearing in the game Donkey Kong Country Returns. They are wooden, circular enemies with an angry-looking face on their front side. They have seven, sharp wood blades attached to their exterior. These enemies can only be defeated with Rambi or the use of a barrel. Otherwise, these enemies are invincible and can only be avoided by jumping over or ducking under them. Tiki Zings usually appear in groups and act as obstacles rather than enemies. They usually appear in places that require timed jumps and timed Barrel Cannon firings. Larger versions called Big Zings appear in Wigglevine Wonders. There are also some Flaming Tiki Zings, which are immune to even Rambi's attacks.

Trivia

 • Their subname, "Zing" may come from Zinger, a bee-like enemy in the previous Donkey Kong Country games, as they serve a similar purpose of acting as hazards.
 • Tiki Zings bear a resemblance to Baby Polish, a smaller version of an enemy called Polish from Cave Story.
