A Tiki Bomber.

Tiki Bombers are enemies first appearing in the game Donkey Kong Country Returns. They first appear in the Ruins area. They are wooden, bongo-shaped enemies. They look similar to Tiki Torches, only that they are shrouded in blue. rather than red, flames. Aside from that, Tiki Bombers can release two blue fireballs from both sides. This attack makes it harder for the Kongs to blow out the flames and defeat it. Also, there is an uncommon variant that throws the fireballs in an arc to the ground.
