Big Screaming Pillars
A set of Giant Pillars

Giant Pillars[citation needed] are members of the Tiki Tak Tribe. They are tall, gray pillars with a face. They appear in the Wii game, Donkey Kong Country Returns and its 3DS remake Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. Giant Pillars are a variant of Screaming Pillars. They are bigger than Screaming Pillars, but their scream is not as high-pitched. Along with Screaming Pillars, Giant Pillars appear in the Jungle world level, Canopy Cannons, though this is the only level they appear in. If the pillars come into contact with Donkey Kong or Diddy Kong, they will take out the Kongs instantly. Unlike Screaming Pillars, Giant Pillars cannot be defeated.

In Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D they also appear in the Cloud level, Crushin' Columns where they destroy various bridges and platforms to kill the player.
