Beach

Template:Worldbox The Beach is the second world of Donkey Kong Country Returns. Like the other areas of Donkey Kong island, it is infested by the Tiki Tak Tribe, who have taken Donkey Kong's Banana Hoard. As its name suggests, the world has a beach theme, with many of its levels taking place around water or on ships. It also features some new mechanics that are not seen in the first world, Jungle, such as bomb-shooting ships. New enemies are also in this world, such as crabs and electric jellyfish. Additionally, Squiddicus, a giant octopus, appears as a major enemy in this world. The earlier levels of this world have calm weather but some of the later levels have very stormy, windy weather.

The boss fought in the Beach area is the Scurvy Crew.
