Punchy Paddies[1] are grasshoper-like enemies which appear in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. They have small wings, wear a characteristic collar around their neck, and display a grouchy or irritated expression. Punchy Paddies most often appear in the Lost Mangroves levels.
Punchy Paddies act similar to Frogoons and Hopgoons from Donkey Kong Country Returns, where they remain in a single spot and jump.
