His relationship with Kass is unknown. He wears a black shirt with a skull design, a red bandana, and red spiked wristbands. Like Kass, he is available from the start of the game. He can be seen training with Kludge, Diddy Kong, and Tiny Kong in the cutscene for the Cranky's Flight School. In the Records cutscene, he is seen with Tiny Kong, Funky Kong, Dixie Kong, and Kludge.
