Kutlass is a shipmate of Kaptain Skurvy and recurring character on the Donkey Kong Country animated series. He is Skurvy's second-mate, and he speaks with a distinctive Italian accent. Kutlass is voiced by John Stocker, the same person who voices Toad in the Super Mario cartoons. Kutlass's model is a recolor of King K.
