Baboon Blast
A Barrel Cannon course, entered by using Baboon Blast.

Baboon Blast (Barrelum Perilous) is one of the moves used by Donkey Kong during the events of Donkey Kong 64 that helps him reach a special Barrel Cannon course. This move can be purchased from Cranky's Lab for 3 Banana Bunch Coins starting in Jungle Japes. To use it, the player must press the Z Button button while Donkey Kong is standing on one of Cranky's Kong Pads with the shape of his head on it. If done correctly, Donkey Kong shoots up into the sky and enters a Barrel Cannon course. On this course, Donkey Kong has to shoot from Barrel to Barrel and attempt to reach the end. This usually rewards Donkey Kong with a Golden Banana or by activating another event on the stage.
