* Oddly Kudgel does not reappear in ''[[Donkey Kong Land 2]]'', an almost direct remake of ''Donkey Kong Country 2''. Kudgel not appearing is probably because of the [[Game Boy]]'s (which ''Donkey Kong Land 2'' was on) limitations. Also, as the game was in black & white, and Klubba and Kudgel being palette swaps, some people could get them confused.

Kudgel, the mighty Kremling.

Kudgel is a large, over-muscular, club wielding Kremling and a boss in the game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.

Kudgel is the boss of the the third area of Crocodile Isle, Krem Quay. Kudgel is fought in the level "Kudgel's Contest". Kudgel attacks Diddy and Dixie Kong by leaping up through the air and trying to smash down on them. The Kongs must carefully dodge Kudgels leaps and leap whenever Kudgel land as he will send out a shockwave that can stun the Kongs, leaving them open to attack.

After a few jumps Kudgel will land and swing his club, this will cause a TNT Barrel to land that the Kongs can throw at Kudgel. The TNT Barrel must be thrown at Kudgel quickly or Kudgel will jump away.

Everytime Kudgel is hit with a TNT Barrel he will jump progressively lower and faster.

After being hit with several TNT Barrels Kudgel will be blasted into the nearby swampy water of Krem Quay where he apparently perished.
