Kannons are large cannon-wielding members of the Kremling Krew; they only appear in the games Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2. Kannons are simply Klumps trained to use such weaponsTemplate:Refneeded. Kannons attack by shooting barrels or kannonballs at the Kongs in whatever direction their facing, either forward or downward. Kannons can be found in several levels, but mostly underground areas. Despite being large and burly, Kannons can be defeated with a simple jump on the head.
