Cosmic Hoppos is a course in Pipe-Rock Plateau of Super Mario Bros. Wonder. It is the second level to prominently feature Hoppos, after Here Come the Hoppos. It is unlocked after completing Sproings in the Twilight Forest and its own completion unlocks the level Expert Badge Challenge Jet Run I. This course houses two Wonder Seeds.

Layout

This is an entirely vertically-oriented level and begins on the peak of a mountain, later moving into the clouds. Much like Here Come the Hoppos, this level tasks the player with bouncing on Hoppos to proceed. Oftentimes, a Hoppo must be rolled into a hole to be in the right position for the player to progress. Halfway through the stage, there is an opening in the left wall leading to a sub-area, the Hoppo obstructing it can be removed with Elephant Mario's trunk or a shell. Just in front of the Goal Pole is a hole for a Hoppo. Bouncing off of it, then wall-jumping from the left-hand wall will direct the player to a hidden section of the stage housing the Wonder Flower, hidden in a glowing spot on a wall.

The Wonder Flower can be dislodged with Elephant Mario's trunk or a Swirlypod shell from the pipe nearby. When activated, it will make the nearby Hoppo glow. Bouncing on this Hoppo will launch the player into an auto-scrolling space area, where they can float around freely by repeatedly tapping the jump button. They must avoid several Spike Traps and Hoppos that can bounce the player into these hazards. Near the end of the section, a constellation in the shape of a large Hoppo will transform into a real one, orbited by small flower coins. The Wonder Seed is at the end of the section, upon collection of which the player will fall back to the ground. A pipe leads back to the area where the Wonder Flower was found, from there the player simply needs to return to the Goal Pole to complete the level.

• 10-flower coin 1: Found between two semisolid platforms. The player must roll a nearby Hoppo underneath and bounce off of it to reach the coin.
• 10-flower coin 2: Found on an isolated ledge shortly after the first Checkpoint Flag. The best way to reach it is to jump off of the nearby Smogrin.
• 10-flower coin 3: Found in the sub-area. The player must roll two Hoppos to the right to fit them into holes, where they can be bounced off of to reach the coin.
