The Helicopter Twirl is Dixie Kong's special attack move used in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. Since Dixie can't roll like Donkey or Kiddy, she uses the helicopter twirl to attack. She can also use it to hover in the air to get across gaps and other hazardous ground objects. This is later used by her younger sister, Tiny Kong, except she uses both of her ponytails to attack, and it's called the Ponytail Whirl and used only in Donkey Kong 64.
