Banana Coins are currency used in the Donkey Kong series of games. They are yellow coins with a picture of a Banana Bunch on them. In Donkey Kong COuntry 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble, they are used to buy things from several of the Brothers Bear.
In Donkey Kong 64, there are five different varieties.Each Kong used these coins to buy upgrades from Cranky Kong, Funky Kong, and Candy Kong.
They are set to return in DK Jungle Climber.
