Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 (called Animal Crossing: New Leaf × Mario Kart 8 up to November 13, 2014) is one of the upcoming downloadable course packs, along with The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8, set to be included in the game Mario Kart 8. It will be released in May 2015.[1]

Like the other DLC pack, the Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 pack contains 3 new characters, 4 new vehicles, and 2 new cups of 4 tracks each.

MK8 Villager Icon.png Villager - The playable character from the Animal Crossing series, based from his Animal Crossing: New Leaf appearance.
Isabelle's icon, from Mario Kart 8. Isabelle - A NPC from Animal Crossing: New Leaf that helps the players in their role.
Dry Bowser's icon, from Mario Kart 8. Dry Bowser - The skeleton version of Bowser, first playable in Mario Kart Wii.

Bonus content

If both DLC packs are purchased/preordered, the player will instantly receive 8 new colors of both Yoshi and Shy Guy, thus expanding the number of characters by 16. The colors of Yoshi and Shy Guy included are below:
