Template:Justreleased Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 (called Animal Crossing: New Leaf × Mario Kart 8 up to November 13, 2014) is one of the downloadable course packs, along with The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8, available for the game Mario Kart 8. Originally scheduled for release in May 2015, it was later pulled ahead to an April 23, 2015 release.[1]
Features
Like the other pack, the Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 pack contains three new characters, four new vehicles, and two new cups of four tracks each.

- Isabelle - A non-playable character from Animal Crossing: New Leaf that helps the players in their role. Has the same stats as Toad, Toadette, Koopa Troopa, Shy Guy, Lakitu, Larry, and Wendy.
- Dry Bowser - The skeleton version of Bowser, first playable in Mario Kart Wii. Has the same stats as Bowser, Wario, and Morton.
Kart Parts
- Streetle -
- File:MK8CityTripper.png City Tripper - a bike based on the Animal Crossing series. It looks extremely similar to the Sugarscoot from Mario Kart Wii.
- P-Wing - a kart based on the P-Wing power-up.
- Bone Rattler - an ATV vehicle that's supposedly based on Dry Bowser.
- Paper Glider - a new glider based on the Animal Crossing series.
