This is a list of glitches in the game Super Mario Kart .
Glitches
The player must be in the Battle Mode and select one or two players. The player needs to play as either player and lose all of their protective balls, but keep their finger on the gas. They can continue to drive even though they've lost.
If the game is paused, a second player who was invincible is no longer invincible, even though the invincibility music will play for the rest of the race or battle mode round.
When the player is in a 1-Player race, the map is normally on the bottom. To move it to the top, the player should use Controller Two to do the following. The player needs to highlight 1-PLAYER then hold + and press and then use Controller Two to select their kart class, driver and track then play as normal.
In Battle Mode, the player needs hold the gas before, during, and after they lose their last balloon. Sometimes they will be able to continue driving around collecting blocks. If the player inadvertently presses button, they will get the menu, but they’ll still be able to drive around until they press another button.
In any two-player game, after the green light, the player needs to quickly press the Button on any controller repeatedly until the music turns off.
In Battle Course 2, if the player jumps out of the course and gets picked up by Lakitu, they will disappear from their opponent's screen, but their balloons will remain..
