nintendogs + cats is one of 9-Volt's microgames in WarioWare: Move It!, based on the Nintendo 3DS game of the same name.
Gameplay[edit]
The player must pet the dog and the cat, which can either be a light ginger mackerel tabby or a silver mackerel tabby, until they are satisfied. If successful, the dog and cat will happily look on at the player.
- Level 1: The dog (a red dachshund) and cat are at the same vertical position on-screen.
- Level 2: The dog (a black and tan Shiba Inu) is standing higher up than the cat, and the player must lower their right hand to pet the cat.
- Level 3: The dog (a yellow Labrador) is higher up than the cat and suddenly moves to the left of the player's hand.
In the megagame version of this microgame in Megagame Muscles, the dog and cat can be caressed infinitely. Thus, the command is changed to "Keep petting!" and muscle is gained for continually petting the animals.
