Sour Dodo

Template:Species-infobox Sour DodosTemplate:Refneeded are uncommon enemies appearing in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. These are blue variants of Dozies, and have a worse temper. Therefore, just like their counterparts (and also further evidenced by their names), they are based on dodos, a genus of prehistoric birds.

When a Sour Dodo spots the Kongs, it starts charging towards them in an effort of attack. Until then, the Dodo only struts up and down the alley they are on. Sour Dodos are just as vulnerable as Dozies, since the player can apply any method of attack on them: jumping on the birds' heads, rolling into them, or tossing an object onto them. Ground pounding near a Sour Dodo stuns it for a moment, as it tries to recover from its state of dizziness. If Diddy, Dixie, or Cranky fire their guns on a Sour Dodo, the creature will stop for a brief period before beginning its usual stroll again. Template:BoxTop Template:DKC:TF
