Scoff is a giant blue hippopotamus met by the Kongs in Donkey Kong 64.
In every area of Donkey Kong 64 (except for Hideout Helm) the Kongs will come across a Scoff n' Troff Portal which will transport them to Scoff and his buddy Troff. It seems Troff has eaten to much and in order for him to reach the key to a Boss Door the Kongs must feed Scoff a certain number of bananas so he can lift Troff up to the key using a see-saw like mechanism.
After the Kongs defeated King Krusha K. Rool, both Scoff and Troff retreated to DK's house, where they partied with the Kongs and their friends. It is not elaborated on what happens to the duo after the party, as they are not seen in any other Donkey Kong games to date.
