The Purple Flower is an item that appears exclusively in the Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. It is needed to complete a trade that will earn Dixie and Kiddy Kong a Banana Bird.

When the Kongs first visit Bachelor, they will learn that he needs a Purple Flower for his hot date, and will give them his Flupperius Petallus Pongus, in hope that it will be of use to them. Bramble happens to have the Purple Flower in his possession, and will be more than willing to part with it should the Kongs present the Flupperius Petallus Pongus to him.

If the Kongs present both the Purple Flower and the Box of Chocolates (which Bazaar sells) to Bachelor, he will be ready to go on his hot date, and reward the Kongs with his pet Banana Bird.
