The Sydney Opera House also appears in Mario Kart Tour as a location in Sydney Sprint. Inside, Toads, Shy Guys, and Koopa Troopas appear as the audience.

It is driven through in the first route of Sydney Sprint. A Glide Ramp launches players out of the Opera House and into the Luna Park-inspired amusement park.
