Template:Species-infobox Swooper Doopers[1] are white-feathered avian enemies appearing in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. In countenance, they seem to draw inspiration from flamingos, since they have thin legs tucked into a sack-shaped torso, which tapers abruptly into a short and narrow neck. The feathers on their small wings have a gradient of red. However, the feathers on theirs tails, which are connected in a tuft, are colored entirely red. Each Swooper Dooper sports a tribal mask, accompanied by a crown of red feathers which is arched around its head. Lastly, it features a large curved beak that is similar in design to that of Dozies and Sour Dodos, also bird enemies originating in the same game.

Swooper Dooper's name is, perhaps, a pun on the phrase "super duper", used to describe something glorious or very impressing. The name also implies the bird's only method of attack: swooping. It flings its wings in one place in the air, until deciding to drop down in a "U" shaped path, attempting to hurt the Kongs. After this, they stop again in the air, and turn around performing the same movement as before, only in the opposite direction. A single stomp is required to defeat a Swooper Dooper.

Swooper Doopers are among the enemies native to Bright Savannah, an African-inspired island and world from the game. They can be found in almost every level of this world, with Twilight Terror and the boss stage being exceptions. Likewise, the player cannot interact with them in Cannon Canyon, as they fly around in the background; one can be seen standing on a cliff and watching the Kongs progressing through the level.
