They only appear in [[Crystal Caves]] as part of one of [[Chunky Kong]]'s [[Golden Banana]] missions. The rabbit [[Lanky Kong]] raced in [[Fungi Forest]] was tied to a [[TNT Barrel]]. These fireballs walk toward the barrel, trying to light the fuse. It takes 5 fireballs to come in contact with the barrel to blow it up. When they're about to blow up, they let out a small, high-pitched cackle. Chunky had a time limit to keep these fireballs from lighting the fuse.
