The Cactus King was a giant Kong. It is unknown which land he rules. The Cactus King was in Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat after fighting Ninja Kong.
Donkey Kong fought him, kinda the same way as the other kongs however first he had to get through a small level, get on a Helibird and defeat the pig Cactus King was on.
