Brash Bear.
Brash is a bear who lives in a cabin in the Kremwood Forest. He currently holds a record of one minute and fifteen seconds on the level "Riverside Race" and loves to brag about it. If the Dixie and Kiddy Kong manage to beat his best time, Brash will start to throw a tantrum so powerful that a log will fall into the riverbank on the Kremwood Forest map and form a bridge leading into a Banana Bird Cave.
After that, Brash will stay mad at the Kongs for the remainder of the game.
Trivia
In the Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country 3, Brash owns a stadium instead of a cabin.
