Blunder Bear.
Blunder is a bear who lives to the west of Kremwood Forest. He accidentally reveals to Dixie and Kiddy Kong that the Lost World does exist but won't tell them how to find it.
Once the Kongs reveal the Lost World, also known as Krematoa, Blunder will say it is no big deal that they found it and gives the credit to himself for helping the Kongs find it.
