Colossal Clambo is a large Clambo boss encountered in the area Kremlantis in the game Donkey Kong Land.

Colossal Clambo will attack Donkey Kong or Diddy Kong by spitting pearls at threm; unlike its unmoving brethren though Colossal is perfectly capable of moving through the water. In order to harm the giant Clambo the Kongs had to trick it into shooting it's pearls at another nearby, smaller Clambo. The pearls would bounce off this Clambo and smash into Colossal Clambo.

After being hit several times Colossal Clambo will begin to move faster and shoot pearls at a quicker pace. Despite this Colossal Clambo will be defeated after a few more hits.
