A Halfway Dice Block is a Item that is purchasable in the Item Shop of Mario Party DS. As his name says, this item is to be able to roll the half of numbers of a normal Dice Block. Also, in Kamek's Libary, when you came on a ? Space, Kamek speaks a spell at his Crystal Ball, and one is Kamek's Spell No. 8. That spell gives you 3 Halfway Dice Blocks and warps with another player.
