Highway 56 is a location which appears in Game & Wario. It is a road in a desert, containing a blue sign with the number 56, and a sign depicting a farmer and several animals. It appears in the story for the minigame Taxi. During the story, Dribble and Spitz are driving down the highway, both bored due to the lack of people. They notice a person on the side of the road, before he is sucked away by a UFO. They decide to follow the UFO, driving on the road.
The road, and the alien presence, is a reference to conspiracy theories about Area 51.
