List of characters by game

I like the idea of this page, but primarily for listing the game each character is first playable in, not every single game those characters are playable in. No one is the "owner" of any article, but since it is a public mainspace article we as a community need to agree on the best way to maintain it. The idea of listing the first playable appearances was your idea when the page was created, but I just didn't agree when you changed it to listing every single playable appearance for the reasons I have explained. Italics

Hello, Wonderman23! Thanks for your contributions. When writing titles for media like games, films, TV shows, and publications, please remember to italicize them. This is done by placing two straight apostrophes (not quotation marks or curly apostrophes) on both sides of the title, or clicking on the I icon above the text box and typing out the title. For example, typing out ''[[Super Mario Bros.]]'' generates Super Mario Bros.

Luigi artwork

It was reverted several times before and was also discussed among the staff that the Wonder artwork is not good for the infobox because Luigi's cap is not normally that large. Per Template:Character infobox, "if the latest artwork is specialized for that game (i.e. the character's wearing sporting gear, driving a kart, etc.), an older image may be retained as the infobox image instead." As Mario jc said already, if you don't know much about the subject nor have much to say about it, then don't make the page. As stated on MarioWiki: Manual of Style: "Please do NOT create tiny articles just for the sake of filling in red links. Even if the article you are making is about a minor subject, try to put a decent amount of effort into it rather than a rush job." When uploading, remember to remove any parameters you didn't use in the summary, like "Describe edits, if any". {{uncategorized}} should also be replaced with an "images" or "media files" category link (with square brackets); in this case, Mario 64 voice clips should use: [[Category:Super Mario 64 media files]]
