Numbers[edit]

It's more professional to write out the number names, as opposed to using the symbol itself (i.e. "three" looks better then "3" on the articles). I just thought you should know, and I hope this doesn't dissuade you from editing the Super Mario Wiki. - Walkazo 22:48, 1 February 2009 (EST)

Reminder[edit]

Please stop changing numbers back to digits (see above) on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing.
If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it.

Warning[edit]

Warning.svg
This is a warning to stop your inappropriate behavior (changing written numbers back to digits) on the Super Mario Wiki. Please adhere to the rules or you will be blocked from editing this site.
If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

Please write out numbers instead of using the digits (i.e., "two" is better than "2") unless you are talking about game stats or complicated numbers. -- Son of Suns (talk)

Last Warning[edit]

Lastwarn.svg
This is your last warning. The next time you break the rules in any way, you will be blocked from editing the Super Mario Wiki.
If you feel this last warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

Last Warning (Changing Written Numbers to Digits Again)[edit]

Lastwarn.svg
This is your last warning. The next time you break the rules in any way, you will be blocked from editing the Super Mario Wiki.
If you feel this last warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

As stated earlier, the next time we catch you doing this nonsense again, your account will face a ban (preventing you from editing this site), and this time it's going to be permanent. --M. C. - "Mario Gals" Fan! User Page | Talk Page

Chess[edit]

It was a good idea to categorize all the characters used as chess pieces, however using sub-categories for each specific piece was unnecessary: that information is on the Super Mario Chess page itself, and all the different category pages would actually make navigation more difficult, so I replaced them with Category:Chess Pieces. - Walkazo 19:26, 30 December 2010 (EST)

Templates[edit]

When creating templates (as you are doing now), it's generally better to experiment in the sandbox or create an user subpage for that purpose first, instead of immediatly creating pages for unfinished templates that aren't guaranteed to get used. --Glowsquid 19:24, 21 June 2012 (EDT)

Categories in templates[edit]

Please stop adding categories to templates on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing.
If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it.

As stated on the Navigation Template and Category Policy Pages, templates aren't actually supposed to have categories, so please stop adding them. I know a lot of templates already have categories, making it all seem rather inconsistent, but that's just because they're outdated. - Walkazo 19:06, 27 June 2012 (EDT)
