Categories[edit]

Hello, ReeceeYT. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:

Images Audio/video files

When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the {{aboutfile}} template, replacing the {{uncategorized}} template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, files related to the game Super Mario World would use:

[[Category:Super Mario World images]]
or
[[Category:Super Mario World media files]]

Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Hello, ReeceeYT. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must apply the proper license. A full list of licenses can be found in the file copyright tags category, but the following are the most common:

  • {{photo}} - Used for photographs of real-life subjects.
  • {{art}} - Used for artwork of something that is not a character.
  • {{comic-scene}} - Used for scans of a comic.
  • {{comic-cover}} - Used for covers of comic books.
  • {{tv-screenshot}} - Used for screenshots of television shows.
  • {{film-screenshot}} - Used for screenshots of movies.
  • {{video-screenshot}} - Used for other screenshots, such as those from YouTube.

When uploading, select the license from the drop-down box below the summary text box, or add the license manually after uploading or if you're using the upload function from the text editor. For example, artwork of Mario would use {{character-artwork}}.

Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Don't include multiple copyright templates; choose the one that you feel best fits the file. If you continue uploading files without applying the correct license, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Please make sure you also add a license to the file as well as categorising it, as done here; alternatively, I recommend using Special:Upload. Lucina costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC 21:58, July 25, 2021 (EDT)

Remember to add the proper game image category to your uploads. Lucina costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC 23:52, June 21, 2023 (EDT)

This[edit]

Sorry for my poor English first.

I recently stayed elsewhere for some purposes. Although do not have a Twitter account, I've been watching the whole time. I've only seen one tweet before you reposted it. But there's one thing I will insist on, in theory any artwork expression has a reason to be free unless limited due to some issues, especially one created to express a concept (like these), and I really don't like "something is appeared, must be congruent to that meaning" (I'm really fed up with this, really. If so I still think this is a type of Live A Live references rather than inspiration of SMO costumes.) Btw even no one noticed at least two members of Love-de-Lic was assisted the development, though. Pi'illoper.pngBlhte(A****** c*****) 22:10, December 22, 2022 (EST)
