Skin

Skins for the wiki itself. The only way I can see it being changed is if you create your own personal monobook. I'm not sure how to make one though, try asking Twentytwofiftyseven (talk) or Porplemontage (talk). --FREAK ~Game Freak~ OUT!

Fourth wall

Yes, that's how you write fourth wall, but I think if there's like two words, we use capitals for the first letters (Fourth Wall). Like Special Moves - capital 'S' and 'M'. Please leave it as it is. Mario JC

Who cares if they look similar and you have this arbitrary hunch that it's a reference. There's nothing to confirm that Sgt. Frog is referenced at all beyond what you're imagining. If it was just two characters, that'd be one thing. But there's three there is no way that's unintentional. Besides, given it's a very-famous Japanese manga and anime, it'd be like an American work giving a passing nod to Phineas & Ferb. The point is, it is a clear reference.
