Troff is a large pink pig encountered in the game Donkey Kong 64. The Kongs must feed Scoff a certain number of bananas so he can lift Troff up so he can reach the key to a boss door.
After the Kongs defeated King Krusha K. Rool, both Scoff and Troff retreated to DK's house, where they partied with the Kongs and their friends. It is not elaborated on what happens to the duo after the party, as they are not seen in any other Donkey Kong games to date.
