New Super Luigi U (pictured) was released as DLC on the Wii U's eShop in Europe and North America on June 20, and Japan on June 19, 2013, along with Super Mario Kart in Japan, Wrecking Crew in Europe, Japan and North America, and Mario Bros. in Europe and North America as Virtual Console games. Plus New Super Mario Bros. U now has ab update with allows users to download New Super Luigi U as DLC and has support for Wii U Pro Controllers.
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D was released in Japan on June 13, 2013.
Yoshi was released on the Wii U Virtual Console in Japan and North America on June 12, and Europe on June 13, 2013.
During the E3 2013 Nintendo Direct, Super Mario 3D World was announced to be released in December 2013, Mario Kart 8 in spring 2014, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze in 2013, and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U in 2014.
