Splashdown Pass is an area on Timber Island in the game Diddy Kong Racing DS. Along with Thunder Cove, Meandering Mount, and Strangled Shrine, it seems to be based off of the Donkey Kong series. It can only be obtained from Taj in his tent. Because this tent is absent in the original Diddy Kong Racing, Splashdown Pass is not in the game.
