Scarecrow Bell (originally called S'crow Bell) is a status magic attack used by the Sling Shy and Carroboscis in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. A large bell appears over the party member, rings, and drops music notes on them. The bell disappears, and the party member becomes a Scarecrow, hence the name of the attack. This can be avoided completely if the party member is wearing a Trueform Pin, which prevents turning into a Scarecrow or a Mushroom.
