Nurse Peach is a nurse, just like Mario is a doctor in the Dr. Mario games. Nurse Peach wears pink clothing as seen in the artwork. Nurse Peach hasn't appeared in any game however artwork of her can be seen in the games.
Nurse Peach appears in Super Smash Bros. Melee, where in one fight, Luigi must defeat Dr. Mario and Nurse Peach, however Nurse Peach looks nothing like she does in the artwork of Dr. Mario. She wears a white dress instead of pink.
